Implementing Critical Pathways for Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH)

CME/CE On-Demand Webcast and Podcast

Up to 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
1 CNE contact hour

Implementing Critical Pathways for Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) is an on-demand CME/CE activity that brings together hospital teams from around the country to learn about the latest developments in managing ICH. The teams also share "real world" challenges and experiences in implementing best practices for patients with ICH.

This CME/CE activity is part of the ICH Training, Education, Awareness and Management (iTEAM™) Initiative, chaired by Mark Alberts, MD, Professor of Neurology and Director of the Stroke Program at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. "Say No to ICH Nihilism" is the underlying philosophy of this initiative, according to Dr. Alberts, who stresses the importance of educational efforts for ICH:

"While there are literally hundreds of stroke programs for improving care of patients with ischemic stroke, the number of educational programs offered on ICH are few and far between. This is a great opportunity to really improve the care of intracerebral hemorrhage patients."

Mark J. Alberts, MD
Chair, iTEAM Initiative

Presented by experts in ICH, this program includes late-breaking ICH developments, including highlights from the International Stroke Conference 2007. Practical tips from a featured institution with experience in implementing current ICH critical pathways make this a comprehensive session you can immediately apply to help improve the care of your own patients. Two on-demand programs are available for you to choose from.
